Research from the Barna Group is always interesting. The research can be useful to the church and individual families in various ways. I encourage you to check out the article at the link provided. But I have a question for you and your family. Are you reading your Bible on a regular basis? Especially if you are raising children, do you read the Bible together as a family? If not, why not? Instead of worrying about the culture across the country how about we focus on building our families upon the Word of God. There will be less Bible skepticism when folks everywhere actually read the Scriptures! And there will certainly be less unbelief in our Christian homes when we actually raise our children on the Word! Get busy and stay busy! It is always a good choice to let the students know something about the Bible. It doesn't have to be very strict; all you need to do is to guide them and make sure that they are learning something from God's life and the journey He had been. We need to introduce God to our kids so that they will grow to be a person with faith. That faith will surely make them the best person you want them to be. It's rising, but we should make sure that it doesn't stop there.
