As divisions in our culture threaten the Christmas season, believers can remain confident and secure in their religious expression.

The National Center for Life and Liberty has just released information explaining what rights Christians have when it comes to this time of year.

"There has been this push to eliminate Jesus Christ as the reason for the season, and a lot of people somehow believe that they have to do that or that the Constitution requires it, and there is so much misinformation," says David Gibbs III, NCLL president and general counsel.

Don't be ashamed to say "Merry Christmas" or to otherwise keep Christ in Christmas! In fact, use this joyous season to share the good news of the gospel as many are open to the true message of Christmas. And as always, celebrate with great joy the glad tidings that Christ the Savior is born!

What These 3 Doctors Think Should Be Done for Children Who Think They Are Transgender

Three doctors, specializing in pediatrics, biology, and psychiatry, are criticizing what they say is the reliance on feelings over facts when it comes to studying and treating children who think they’re transgender.

In a panel discussion at The Heritage Foundation, the doctors said the transgender ideology permeating society today is hurting children and undermining scientific research.

Our society needs to compassionately counsel young people confused about sexual identity and help them through the confusion until underlying issues are resolved and a normal acceptance of their God given identity is fully embraced.

Instead a horrible form of child abuse is developing in the nation as adults who should know better are often motivated by nothing more than the love of money! Read up on the issue and prove me wrong.

School District Orders Coach to Stop Bowing Head in Prayer

Heaven help the coach who bows his head to pray in Coweta County, Georgia.

The Coweta County School District issued an edict banning all coaches and other employees from participating in student-initiated or student-led prayer or other forms of worship while acting in their official capacity.

Incredible! This is student lead prayer but the coaches are told to refrain from bowing their head lest they appear to be "endorsing" a religion. Someone explain to me why every school board in America seems to be terrified at the thought of standing up against the bullies in the Freedom from Religion Foundation who trot all over the country daring anyone attached to the State schools to reflect the Christian faith in any way?

So the same coach could bow his knee in protest of our national anthem and the flag and these bunch of bullies would probably stand up and cheer the exercise of free speech. I say SCHOOL BOARDS OUGHT TO STAND UP TO THIS TACTIC AND PREPARE TO GO TO COURT IF NECESSARY AND FIGHT!! I believe a majority of citizens would stand with them and I know we have solid organizations who will defend such a stand vigorously and win!!

Of course it might cost us something to secure the victory so perhaps we just don't want to pay the price.

Former Transgender: It's Insane to Ignore Mental Illness

Alarmed that an overwhelming number of transgender youth are harming themselves, a former transgender says they need help, not affirmation.

OneNewsNow turned to Walt Heyer, who transitioned from male to female in his 40s before reverting back, after research from the University of Cambridge reports that 96 percent of transgender youth harm themselves, including cutting and suicide attempts.

One of the things we should discern regarding the nation's drift into moral insanity is the fact this downward spiral is driven by a growing ungodly segment of society that does not participate in these behaviors themselves, rather they affirm the behaviors.

The small percentage of our population actually living a LGBTQ lifestyle is not the reason for the current snowball effect as these aberrant lifestyles continue to gain cultural acceptance.

The real problem lies in the millions of "normal" Americans who themselves are ungodly and living in rebellion against God. They are determined to secularize the country and in so doing strip the nation of any moral standards whatsoever.

America as we have known her cannot exist without the restraining influence of Bible Christianity. Yet, that influence is very minimal in the "high places" of our society today.

No longer is entertainment restrained by the Judeo-Christian ethic. No longer are millions of children taught in our schools to fear God, obey his word, and seek his will in their personal lives. No longer is political decisions weighed in light of the ten commandments, thus our government has become a haven for every foul spirit known to mankind.

Thankfully a remnant of God's people are willing to serve in that government and it is their prayers and godly influence (coupled with a remnant of believers across the land who also stand for righteousness and engage in prayer) that is holding back the total collapse of order in the nation.

Every believer needs to focus on living godly in this present evil world (Titus 2:12) and raising godly families. This must be our focus. NOT sports, dance, careers, or endless entertaining of self. Rather, the fervent pursuit of godliness FIRST. Period. Nothing else will preserve this nation and nothing else will ultimately produce a joyous, overcoming Christian life.

May the Lord grant his church a genuine revival is my prayer.

Parents are being warned that a Disney Channel series has introduced the network's first "gay" character – in hopes, according to the show's creator, of "attract[ing] an older audience."

The activist group OneMillionMoms.com is warning parents of the direction that the teen-based show Andi Mack is taking in its second season. "This is not a subtle character, this is not subtle hints like they've been known to do in the past, but this will be a main character on the program," reports 1MM director Monica Cole.

I certainly encourage parents to make every effort to guard the heart and minds of their children. What they watch and "hear" shapes them every day. They certainly don't need to be taught by the media that sin is acceptable. Separate your children from the direct efforts of others to legitimize what God clearly condemns.
