Obamacare has helped a lot of Americans when it was still being implemented. The answer to your question is simple; simply because they don't want to be blamed on things that they should be liable about. These lawmakers don't want to be responsible for their actions because they think highly of themselves. It's just sad that people have turned into our worst nightmares and there is nothing we could do about that. I just hope that we will be more vigilant about the people surrounding us.
